LXI Consortium Announces Fourth Membership Meeting

Cleveland, Ohio - May 20, 2005 - The LXI Consortium, a recently formed standards organization, will hold a General Meeting and its first Interoperability Testing Session on May 24 – 25, 2005, hosted by Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. The event will feature a one-day Plug-Fest on May 24th that will provide member companies the opportunity to test prototype LXI devices for compliance with preliminary specifications and interoperability between prototype devices. The General Meeting, open to both members and non-members, will be held on the second day, May 25th, and will feature a "show and tell," during which Plug-Fest results will be summarized, as well as general consortium business and technical sessions.
